We know that the only way to ensure that our clients recommend us and come back is to treat their problems in the same way as we would treat our own. Hence, we chose the motto "we care" and do our best to live up to it. Over time, many of our clients have come to trust us implicitly and we are very proud of that.
The Centre grew from the service operations of Xyber Pty Ltd (Inc.1985) - highly regarded designers and manufacturers of Mac compatible peripherals with many awards (including 4 Macworld Awards) to their credit. Having been intimately involved in the design and development of disk storage hardware, we have a technology based advantage in providing service and data recovery services.
Our engineers are highly specialised. With relevant certifications where appropriate as well as a number of degrees in electronics, overall, we offer a combined total of over 50 man-years of experience. Yet, most of it would be meaningless without an even more important ingredient - love of our work.
You see, our work is not a standard, 9 to 5, run-of-the-mill kind of job. When (as has often happened) we are still fighting with a recalcitrant computer at 3:00 am, it is a desire to excel. Not to be beaten. Pride of achievement. A labour of love. And that - we would venture to suggest in these times of commercialism - is quite rare.
